Our Ayvalık Cold Pressed Natural Extra Virgin Olive Oil
It is obtained by cold pressing from olives collected from our garden in Ayvalık. All necessary precautions have been taken to preserve the polyphenol value. It has not undergone any heat treatment. Its acidity is 0.5%.
Tasting Notes: Cress, arugula, tomato leaves, fresh walnuts, fresh almonds.
To preserve the flavor of your olive oil for a longer period of time, we recommend that you store it in a dark glass bottle or tin on shelves away from moisture and sunlight.
